Job Description

Join Himalayan Bio Trade as a Finance Manager and take charge of the financial management for a group of companies focused on natural products, authentic Nepali cuisine, and sustainable exports. You will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and ensuring financial compliance across businesses including natural product exports, a Nepali cuisine restaurant, and a natural personal care outlet. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across all three entities (Bio Trade, Bio Kitchen, Bio Products).
• Ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate with accounting personnel to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize cost-efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and oversee tax planning and compliance.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to support business growth and sustainability.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership position.
• Experience managing finances across multiple business units is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
