CA Prashidhda Neupane
Mr. Neupane is a Practicing Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and is also a founder director of Arthabrikshya Management Nepal, a management advisory Company. He has around eight years of professional experience in the field and had previously served as a Business Development Officer at NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited. He has a wider experience in the field of accounting, advisory and financial management and has already provided around three dozen of trainings to corporate houses, banks & financial institutions and start-up organizations.
He also has good experience teaching the students at various professional courses including professional courses affiliated with the Institutes or professional courses developed by corporate sectors. He is currently a faculty member for Business & Technology (BT) and Strategic Business Leader (SBL).
Bishal Pantha FCCA
Mr. Pantha is currently a Fellow Member of ACCA and is currently associated with Agriculture Development Bank Ltd, one of the leading Commercial banks of Nepal, in the role of Head-Financial Reporting and Reconciliation. He looks after financial reporting role including preparation and publishment of the quarterly financial statement and liaison with the external auditors.
He is currently a Faculty Member at Seed Financial for Business Technology (BT).
Sanjay Pradhan FCCA
Mr. Pradhan is a Fellow member of ACCA, UK and currently working as Head of Internal Audit at Siddhartha Bank Ltd. He is an established faculty member for ACCA programme with his 13 years of teaching experience in areas of Financial Management, Internal Control, Risk Management, Professional Ethics and Governance. Matching with his extensive industry exposure of a decade in the field of audit and assurance services, He stands as the faculty member of SEED for paper ‘Audit and Assurance (AA)’ and ‘Advanced Audit and Assurance’.
Baburam Adhikari FCCA
A fellow member of ACCA and SEED’s prominent faculty for IFRS based papers ‘Financial Reporting (FR)’ and ‘Strategic Business Reporting (SBR)’. Education is his passion, that’s why structured teaching and creating participative & conducive environment for students is what he does in the classroom. It’s been more than 10 years since he started tutoring ACCA students. His years of experience in auditing and banking sector gives him extra edge in sharing practicality of all subjects. He is one of the core members of IFRS implementation team at Sanima Bank Ltd.
Dipendra Neupane FCCA
A fellow member of ACCA and a renowned faculty for ‘Taxation (TX)’and ‘Advanced Taxation (ATX)’. After qualifying ACCA from Kaplan Financial, London back in 2007, Mr. Neupane returned to Nepal and joined Himalayan Bank. He gained 7 years’ experience in internal audit and is currently working in the Finance Department there. He has more than 8 years of experience in teaching Financial Accounting and Taxation. He is well appreciated by the students for his friendly conduct, teaching style, and extensive knowledge of subjects.
Ujjal Shiwakoti FCCA
Having more than 10 years of experience in teaching ACCA qualification at his young age, he is a dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional faculty with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every student. He has specialized in teaching papers based on ‘Performance Management (PM)’ and ‘Management Accounting (MA)’. Currently he is managing the UK based outsourced Accounting Firm in Kathmandu.
Ananta Gautam ACCA
Mr. Gautam completed his ACCA and BSc(Hons) in London, UK. He had been working as a Group Finance Manager at Eurogroup of Companies Ltd, London before he moved back to Nepal to become an entrepreneur. He has more than 6 Years of experience in the accounting, finance, and audit sector and more than 8 years of experience in teaching ACCA students at various colleges. He specializes in teaching papers based on ‘Financial Accounting (FA)’ and ‘Taxation (TX)’. He is a dynamic visionary leader and solid team player with a proven track record of collaborating with the College community, increasing student academics, and maintaining excellence in lecturing.
Prahlad Khadka, ACCA
Mr. Khadka, an ACCA Member, completed his ACCA qualification at a young age. He currently holds the esteemed position of Portfolio Officer at NMB Capital Limited, a prominent merchant bank in Nepal.
With over three years of dedicated tutoring experience, he specializes in teaching ACCA Applied Skills and Foundation Level courses. At SEED, he serves as a distinguished faculty member, imparting knowledge in ‘Financial Management (FM)’ and ‘Management Accounting (MA)’.
Despite his professional commitments, he is actively pursuing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Ajit Kushwaha
Mr. Kushwaha, a licensed advocate by Nepal Bar Council and the founder and managing partner of Ark Lawyers & Counselors, a corporate law firm in Nepal. With LL.M. & LL.B. degrees from Kathmandu School of Law, Purbanchal University, he specializes in intellectual property laws, business & international trade laws, and dispute resolution. Mr. Kushwaha has extensive experience in intellectual property law, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, company law, labour law, arbitration, and litigation.
He has assisted multinational companies in establishing subsidiaries in Nepal through foreign direct investment and has expertise in corporate restructuring, drafting commercial contracts, and representing clients in commercial, family, and civil matters in courts of Nepal.
He is a faculty member for ‘Corporate and Business Law (LW)’ at Seed Financial Academy.
Saroj Buddhathoki
Mr. Saroj Budhathoki is a Legal Practitioner and Managing Partner of Ace Legal. He holds a degree in Law (LLM) and Business (BBA) from Nepal and India. His area of Specialization are Company Law, Contract Law, International Trade Law, Energy Law, Banking and Insurance Law and Financial Market Law.
He has worked with Bank, Gaming Industry, Ministry of Energy, Trading Firms and Hydro Energy Projects. He is a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator. He also delivers Lectures at various Law Colleges on wide range of Subjects. Currently, He is working at capacity of Legal Advisor to various Companies and Consultant to NGOs.
He is a faculty member for ‘Corporate and Business Law (LW)’ at Seed Financial Academy.
Alpha Bhusal
Mr. Alpha Bhusal, ACCA Affiliate, achieved his professional qualification at a remarkably young age, exemplifying early excellence and a lifelong commitment to learning.
With two years of teaching experience, he began as an Assistant Lecturer and has since progressed to the role of main tutor. He currently teaches Business and Technology (BT) at Seed Financial Academy, where his youthful perspective and energy allow him to connect effectively with the younger generation of students, making complex concepts accessible and engaging.
In addition to his academic role, he also contributes to the institution’s strategic direction as the Business Development Executive, reflecting his dedication to both student success and the academy’s growth.
Ankit Shrestha
Ankit Shrestha is a qualified ACCA professional and a lecturer at Seed Financial Academy, specializing in Financial Accounting. He began his teaching career in 2020 and is recognized for simplifying complex accounting concepts through practical examples.
Beyond teaching, Ankit hosts the “Shresh Podcast,” focusing on business and financial topics, and previously led the “ACCA Seedlings” talk show.
He is also the founder of “Shresh | Your Financial Expert,” an emerging accounting and consulting firm in Nepal. Ankit emphasizes conceptual understanding and encourages students to develop critical thinking and real-world skills.
Sagar Kafle
Mr. Sagar Kafle is an experienced Business and Technology (BT) lecturer with over two years of teaching experience. He currently serves as the Operations and Logistics Head at Ideal Pharma Pvt. Ltd., overseeing global supply chain operations and managing multimillion-euro transactions.
Previously, Mr. Kafle worked as an Accounts Executive at Euroshfords LLP in London, handling accounts for self-employed individuals and limited liability companies, and managing a client account worth over £3.5 million. He also gained experience as a Research Analyst at Source Code Pvt. Ltd., focusing on stock market research and financial statement analysis.
Academically, he holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Financial Management with Distinction from the University of West London. Mr. Kafle has achieved notable rankings in Nepal and World for ACCA papers.
Mr. Kafle is known for integrating real-world insights into his teaching, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for dynamic business environments.
Rijan Shrestha
Mr. Rijan Lakhe Shrestha is an ACCA Affiliate who currently serves in the client advisory department at UK Property Accountants, a UK-based accounting and tax firm. Renowned for his academic excellence, he consistently achieved multiple national ranks across various ACCA papers, reflecting both his dedication and strong grasp of technical concepts.
Transitioning from student to educator, Mr. Shrestha now shares his expertise as a Financial Accounting (FA) tutor at Seed Financial Academy. His teaching style is shaped by his own recent experiences as a high-performing student, which enables him to connect with learners and make complex accounting topics approachable and relevant.
In his professional role, he advises clients on a range of accounting and taxation matters, gaining practical insights that further enrich his classroom teaching.
