Job Description
- Gather the data required for the complete analysis of the company and or scrips.
- Prepare Daily Stock Screen and forward it to the immediate Supervisor.
- Assist the Associate Research Analyst in the preparation of Equity Research Report.
- Prepare Market Summary on a weekly basis to be published on the company’s website.
- Circulate news and other publicly available information to all the employees of the organization.
- Prepare Daily Relative Pricing of scrips traded in Nepal Stock Exchange and notify Department of the major undervalued/overvalued scrips.
- Prepare and send the meetings minute to the participants of the meetings.
- Carry out other assignment on case to case basis, as instructed by senior authority of Garima Capital Limited.
- Regularly attend the daily and weekly meetings of the Department and share the market analysis.
- To compile information drawn from the data to help managers to see the business value.
- To prepare reports and presentations to provide the insights about the data which will help to facilitate in decision-making procedure to supervisor.
- To use various research analytical tools (such as quantitative or qualitative) to find out business pattern.
- To keep oneself updated about the current capital/investment market trends and analysis for relevant data collection and business opportunities.
- To assist the supervisor in generating new business ideas through research analysis and study of the market and customer’s requirements.
- To actively participate in team collaborative learning and brainstorming activities to assist the supervisor in introducing new products/services in the capital/investment market.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep her/himself updated with trends in the investment industry and frequently provide constructive suggestions to immediate supervisor to improve Company’s image;
- Document and report to immediate supervisor to bridge the gap between actual proceedings and pre-established policies of the Company related to the Department.
- Adhere to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
- Identify, implement and benchmark best practices in the assigned job;
- Maintain professional reputation of Garima Capital Limited at all times.
- Undertake any other duties & responsibilities assigned by Immediate Supervisor/ Senior Official/ Management from time to time.
- Support Business Generation.
