Introducing Mr. Yash Mahaseth, an exceptional and distinguished ACCA Affiliate with a track record of outstanding academic achievements. Yash has proven himself to be a true standout with a remarkable 1st rank in Nepal for the “Advanced Audit and Assurance” and “Advanced Taxation” papers, 2nd rank for the “Strategic Business Leader” paper, and 3rd rank for the “Audit and Assurance” paper. In addition, Yash received a Certificate of Achievement for his formidable performance in the “Financial Accounting” paper.

Yash is also one of  the first student from Nepal to achieve an “A” grade in the BSc (Hons) Research and Analysis Project. The BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from the prestigious Oxford Brookes University is a partnership degree, exclusively available to ACCA students. This achievement led to his graduation with a First Class Honours, further demonstrating his remarkable academic prowess.

Yash’s professional accomplishments are equally impressive. He served as General Secretary of a disaster relief NGO, where he spearheaded efforts to build homes in the most affected areas. He also founded and chaired a highly successful specialty hospitality unit, which maintained its rank as the Number 1 Hostel in Nepal and received multiple awards for excellence. Furthermore, Yash has demonstrated his exceptional leadership and business acumen in his real estate ventures, effectively leading multiple teams to successful projects completion.

Ujjwal Ghimire is a well-rounded finance professional with a passion for accounting, finance, investment, and business. His successful completion of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification from Seed Financial Academy and practical work experiences primarily from investment firm and fintech has provided him with a strong foundation in his desired field. Currently, he serves as an Investment Officer at a reputable investment bank in Nepal.

He has established himself as a thought leader in the field with his involvement in the ACCA community as a former Chair and Vice-Chair of the ACCA Student Network Panel. His contributions to podcasts, videos, and other forums have only added to his reputation as a knowledgeable and skilled professional. He is also a lecturer of the Management Accounting (MA) subject, showcasing his expertise in the field and ability to share his knowledge with others.

Ujjwal is eager to continue making a positive impact in the world of finance and business and is always open to new challenges and opportunities. With his strong educational background, practical work experience, and vast network, he is poised to continue building a successful and impactful career.

Tanisha Singh is a highly skilled lawyer and ACCA affiliate. She currently works as an Associate at Reliance Corporate Advisors, utilizing her expertise in finance, accounting, and law to advise multinational companies, governmental and inter-governmental agencies on issues related to arbitration, corporate litigation, taxation, project financing, and intellectual property rights in Nepal. With her extensive experience working with top law firms in Nepal, Tanisha has developed a strong foundation in business communication, negotiation, and financial and legal matters.

During her pursuit of the ACCA qualification, Tanisha achieved the highest score in PM and SBR, making her the country topper. In her free time, Tanisha enjoys traveling, listening to music, fashion and experimenting with different cuisines and street foods.

Miss Maharjan’s academic achievements are truly remarkable and showcase her dedication and expertise in the field of Compliance and Process improvement. Her distinction as a world rank second in the Financial management paper in the March 2018 examination session is a testament to her hard work and dedication to the ACCA qualification. Her impressive 91% score in paper financial management further solidifies her mastery in this subject.

In addition to her academic accomplishments, Miss Maharjan has also made a name for herself in the professional world. With a wealth of experience gained from working in various national and multi-national companies in various roles she has acquired a wide range of skills and knowledge that she brings to her current role as a Assistant Manager-Strategy and Compliance at Goldstar shoes.

Her top ranks in Nepal for the Advanced Financial Management in September 2018, Audit and Assurance in June 2018, Financial Reporting  in December 2017, Taxation (U.K) in  June 2017 demonstrate her mastery in these subjects and her ability to apply this knowledge in real-world situations.

Miss Pandey has started the journey of ACCA in 2018 to gain expertise in the field of finance. She believes in completing all her responsibilities and take it to its end through the keen dedication and commitment. ACCA qualification has provided her with the in-depth knowledge in finance and other specific areas which is demonstrated in her day-to-day work life.

A good three years of experience in various audit firms and also a year of corporate experience in a leading position as finance officer has provided various range of expertise and skills to build a successful career going forward. The top ranks achieved by her in Advance Finance Management in Apr 2020 and Advanced Audit and Assurance in July 2021 exhibit her understanding on the depth and proves her potential.

Mr. Dangal’s academic achievements are truly remarkable and showcase his dedication and expertise in the field of finance and audit. His impressive 92% as a world topper in the Audit and assurance paper in the December 2019 examination session is a testament to his hard work and dedication to the ACCA qualification.

In addition to his academic accomplishments, Mr. Dangal has also made a name for himself in the professional world. With a wealth of experience gained from working in reputed audit firms and corporate positions, he has acquired a wide range of skills and knowledge that he brings to his current role as Sr. Finance Manager at Nepal Can Move.

Mr. Suwal’s academic achievements are truly remarkable and showcase his dedication and expertise in the field of business and accounting. His distinction as a World 6th, in the Advanced Financial Management paper in the December 2019 examination session is a testimony to his hard work and dedication to the ACCA qualification. His impressive 77% average across the entire qualification further solidifies his mastery in this area.

In addition to his academic accomplishments, Mr. Suwal has also made a name for himself in the professional world. Going the entrepreneurial route, he owns a Travel and Tours, is a partner in a restaurant, and is recently working on launching an educational consultancy among other businesses. 

His top ranks in Nepal for the Business Analysis paper demonstrates his mastery in these subjects and his ability to apply this knowledge in real-world situations.

Mr. Agrawal’s exceptional academic record highlights his passion and expertise in finance. He achieved a Nepal-ranking score of in the SBL paper in December 2021, a testament to his steadfast commitment to the ACCA qualification.

In addition to her academic accomplishments, Miss Dhungana has also established herself in the professional world. She has gained valuable experience through her work as an Audit Associate and Internal Auditor in a variety of audit firms and corporate environments. Her contributions have left a lasting impression on each organization she has worked for, solidifying her reputation as a dedicated and talented professional.

Ms. Dhungana is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who recently became an ACCA Affiliate. From the start of her ACCA journey, she has shown a strong desire to learn, share her knowledge, and support those around her. Her hard work and persistence have allowed her to excel in challenging ACCA exams, such as financial reporting and audit and assurance, and have boosted her confidence along the way.

Ms. Dhungana has found her passion in the field of audit, accounting, and taxation in Nepal and has actively pursued opportunities to further develop her skills in these areas. Currently, she works as an  Senior Audit Associate at PKF TR Upadhya & Co., a renowned audit and accounting firm in Nepal. Starting as an ACCA trainee, she has worked her way up to become an Associate.  She is an expert in accounting, taxation, and advisory services,and have wealth of  experience in auditing manufacturing, service, and hospitality sectors.

With her recent completion of three years of work experience under an approved employer, Ms. Dhungana is well on her way to becoming an ACCA member. This achievement will make her one of the youngest ACCA members in Nepal

Ms. Dahal’s academic achievements are truly impressive and demonstrate her unwavering dedication and hard work. Her distinction as the second-ranked holder in three different papers – FM, TX, and SBL – and the third-ranked holder in paper AA in the ACCA exam showcases her commitment to pursuing the ACCA qualification.

Moreover, Ms. Dahal is making excellent progress in her professional career. Through her extensive experience gained from working at one of the leading audit firms and a corporate position in one of the top groups of companies in Nepal, she has acquired a broad range of skills and knowledge that has enabled her to secure a highly sought-after role as an accountant internationally within a few months of arriving in Canada.

Ms. Dahal is an inspiration to many who aspire to kickstart their academic and professional careers at a later stage in life. All it takes is confidence, hard work, and determination.

Mr. Prahlad boasts exceptional academic accomplishments. He has achieved a remarkable feat by securing the top position in Nepal for four subjects, namely Performance Management, Financial Reporting, Financial Management, and Advance Financial Management. Additionally, he has earned the second place ranking in Advance Audit and Assurance, showcasing his unwavering dedication to obtaining ACCA qualifications.

Aside from his academic achievements, Mr. Prahlad possesses a wealth of financial market expertise. This is largely due to the vast experience he has gained while working at KCL Astute Capital. As a result, he brings a diverse set of skills and knowledge to his current role as Scheme Manager at Siddhartha Capital Limited.

Pratiksha Karki is a highly motivated and accomplished individual. She completed her ACCA studies in January 2022, and is now an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. During her ACCA journey, she worked as an audit executive, where she gained a wealth of experience in auditing, and demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work to clients.

Pratiksha has shown exceptional dedication to her studies and has achieved a significant milestone in securing the Nepal Rank in two of her papers, namely Advanced Financial Management and Advanced Audit and Assurance

In pursuit of furthering her academic qualifications, Pratiksha has recently moved to the United Kingdom and is currently enrolled in a Master’s program at University of West London. Her passion for learning and her desire to continuously develop her skills and knowledge have driven her to take this step, and she is committed to achieving academic excellence in her current course of study.

Miss Thapa has excellent academic performance and  professional expertise as well as exposure in the field of accounts and auditing. 

Her achievement of Top Rank in all Nepal for paper Financial Management Dec 2018, Financial Reporting March 2019, Audit and Assurance Sep 2021, Strategic Business Reporting Mar 2020 and Advance Financial Management Dec 2019 evince her grasp in these subject and her ability to apply this knowledge in real world situation.

Along with her academic accomplishment, Miss Thapa has also made a name for herself in the professional world. She is currently working as Senior Associate in one of the reputed firm of Nepal (S.A.R Associate). Her achievement as finalist of Employee Star 2021 reflects recognition in her professional career line.

Ms. Kundu is a highly accomplished professional with expertise in corporate finance and administration. She has been recognized for her outstanding performance, having achieved the rank of 3rd in Nepal for paper strategic business leader and performance management.

Currently, Ms. Kundu holds the position of Accounts, Admin and Corporate Affairs Officer at CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and administrative operations, as well as managing its corporate affairs.

Ms. Kundu is a driven and motivated individual who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work. She is a team player who is committed to achieving the goals of her organization while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.With her impressive track record and dedication to her craft, Kajol Kundu is a true leader in her field and an inspiration to those around her.

Prajina Bhattarai started her ACCA Journey in 2016 and has accomplished academic and professional milestones over the years. She is someone you would go to if you want to pass your papers with minimal efforts because she always seemed to have some tricks up her sleeves. She was admitted to the member of the Association in February 2023.

Prajina is currently pursuing her Masters in Strategic Financial Management from University of West London with an excellent academic record. She is also working alongside in Cartwheel International Ltd., a Chartered Accountancy firm in London and has demonstrated strong knowledge and skills in the field of accounting, taxation and finance.

Prajina yearns for changes and challenges which has led to her taking on diverse roles in several industries. She is a dedicated professional who is always open to new opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills and her curious mind, confidence and friendly demeanour has never failed her.

Academic achievements of Mr. Shrestha are truly remarkable and shows his dedication and expertise in the field of account and finance. His outstanding 100% score in Financial Accounting Paper in June 2019 shows his commitment to hard work and dedication to the ACCA qualification. His impressive 90% score as worldwide 5th rank in the Financial Reporting paper in December 2019 further solidifies his mastery in this subject.

Ms. Biju’s remarkable academic accomplishments demonstrate her commitment and expertise in the field of accountancy and finance. Her achievements as a Nepal rank holder in several papers as well as her ability to pass every paper on her first attempt is a testament to her hard work and dedication to the ACCA qualification. Her outstanding 94% grade on the June 2018 Financial Accounting paper attests to her command of the topic.

In addition to her academic success, Ms. Biju has also established herself in the professional world. With a wealth of experience earned from working in a reputable UK-based accounting firm, she has worked her way up to the role of Senior Accountant at Count on Me Pvt. Ltd. Ms. Biju has developed the abilities necessary to effectively manage and delegate work while also training subordinates after years of continually improving her skills and expertise. She has developed a broad variety of abilities and knowledge in this field as well as refined herself as a fellow professional.

Sagar Kafle is a highly accomplished and driven individual with a passion for finance. He holds a distinction in ACCA, with top ranks in several papers including Strategic Reporting, Advanced Audit and Assurance, Financial Reporting and Advanced Financial Management.

In addition to his ACCA, Sagar is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the University of West London and is actively involved in the capital market, having published multiple articles. He has also demonstrated his skills in the field of finance through his role as an Analyst at Source Code, where he has honed his analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Sagar’s versatility and eagerness to learn have led him to take on numerous internships in a range of industries, including pharma, consulting, and teaching. He is a dedicated professional who is always seeking new opportunities to expand his knowledge and expertise.

Asmita is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who began her ACCA studies immediately after completing her high school education. Her commitment to the program has been recognized through her achievement as an all-Nepal rank holder in both the Audit and Assurance paper in June 2019 and the Advanced Audit and Assurance paper in September 2021.

Asmita is known for her perseverance and dedication to her studies. She is proud to have finally become an ACCA affiliate, which is a testament to her hard work and dedication to the program. In addition to her academic pursuits, she has also demonstrated a strong desire to give back to the ACCA community through her involvement in the ACCA Student Network Panel in 2021 and 2022.

Furthermore, Asmita has demonstrated her skills and knowledge through her representation of Seed in the Intercollege Stock Pitching competition held by KUSOM and her role as an assistant tutor for Business & Technology papers. Asmita is now working as a Credit Analyst for an Australian-based mortgage company, HLE Nepal, and she brings her extensive knowledge and expertise from ACCA to her role with confidence and pride.
