Aadhyanta Fund Management Limited are looking for a motivated Finance Trainee to join their Finance Department. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, analysis, and reporting while supporting the department’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate financial records by entering and managing data in accounting systems.
• Budgeting Support: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Compliance: Support the team in ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
• Audit Assistance: Assist in internal and external audits by providing required data and reports.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct financial analyses as needed to support decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. ACCA qualification (or pursuing ACCA) will be a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of financial analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Nepali.
