Job Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processing Administrators to join our team at RecruiterUniversal Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing loan applications efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a keen interest in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter loan application data into lender platforms with high accuracy.
- Assist clients with end-to-end loan processing, from pre-submission to settlement.
- Communicate with clients to collect supporting documents and provide updates on their application status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, referrers, and business partners.
- Collaborate with finance brokers to ensure all compliance procedures are followed.
- Maintain detailed notes and manage application workflows efficiently.
- Operate and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms regularly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and client support.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
- Keep up-to-date with AI trends and integrate them into the company’s digital and social media strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education Level: Must have completed Bachelors degree/ CA/ ACCA
- Experience Required: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Australian Mortgage Brokerage Industry preferred
