• Management of the working capital of Sipradi Autoparts to ensure effective control over the level of working capital tied up and to ensure the good financial health of the company.
• Control over cash and bank including periodic verification of cash.
• Preparation and review of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly MIS reports including balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow statement.
• Plan for LCs and Bank Guarantee after assessing the stock position and requirements raised by the sales and inventory planning team.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, LC/BG margin, TR/Term loan, interest charges, TDS, vendor, etc. 
• Ensure all statuary compliances like – P.F./C.I.T/TDS deposit, VAT/Advance Tax payment, etc.
• Ensure checking of all receipts, payments, and journal vouchers with proper supporting documents as per financial procedures.
• Support for Tax Audit and obtain Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Support to carry out compliance audits smoothly.
• Coordination with Principal company:
• For reconciliation and dues settlement.
• Overriding commission.
• Claim and follow up for payment for promotional and other expenses.
• Fixed assets management:
• Finalization of Annual Fixed Assets Budget.
• Maintaining, safeguarding, monitoring, and management of the entire fixed assets pool.
• Plan and conduct periodical and annual fixed assets physical verification.
• Transfer of fixed assets among different departments and update the system accordingly.
• Recommend disposal of damaged or obsolete fixed assets and disposal of such assets.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the Company’s assets, such as land and buildings.
• Provide periodic information and reports related to fixed assets to the management.
• Receivable management:
• Monitor the receivables regularly and ensure timely collection as per credit policy.
• Ensure follow-up for recovery of receivables other than debtors from time to time. 

Job Specifications:

• CA/ACCA with a minimum of 4 years of experience 
• Knowledge of accounting, asset handling, and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop financial reports, statements, and financial projections.
• Decision-making and managerial skills.
• Good leadership capability and excellent team management skills.
