Job Duties:
- Preparation and finalisation of accounts and corporate tax returns for small and large limited companies and groups in FRS 105, FRS 102, and IFRS.
- Take ownership of assisting UK manager with their client portfolio including financial reports, book keeping and vat returns.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.
- Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for UK Portfolio manager, fostering strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
