Job Description
Preparing, checking and verification of all kinds of vouchers Prepare Invoice and salary sheets Maintaining and verification of sales Maintaining the cash and bank transaction Verification and reconciliation of bank statements and advices Assisting the auditors in internal and tax audit Making necessary arrangements for TDS and Vat Preparing the monthly report for submitting to management Preparing the income statements and cash flow statements on monthly basis Prepare monthly reports to management about deviations as compared to standards set for selling price, bank charges, insurance premiums, transportations, and so on. Taking necessary backups of all the accounting files and folders on a weekly basis Coordinate with employees regarding financial issues Documentation and file management related to Accounts and Finance Department Any additional work given by seniors as and when required
Requirements:
At least Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Accounts, Finance or in any related field At least three years of experience in the field of accounting and/or finance Good mathematical, calculation and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills for dealing with people from banks and government offices Good knowledge of accounting such as journal, ledger, reconciliation, keeping voucher and financial statements Good knowledge of finance such as cash flow, capital budgeting, ratio analysis, VAT, tax, TDS, etc. Sound knowledge on banking procedures and insurance Fluent in both English and Nepali Sound knowledge of MS Office, Internet and ERP System Should have patience and ability to follow instructions Ability to cordinate with internal team
