Job Title :  Internal Auditor

Qualification : Must have a BBS/BBA or semi-qualified CA/ACCA. A candidate who has completed CA/ACCA or has an MBA/MBS with a specialization in Accountancy is an advantage.

Experience :  3 years’ practical experience performing accounting system procedures and tasks. Experience in internal audits of I/NGOs is an advantage.

Job Description

The job holder is responsible for developing and conducting the INF Nepal Internal Audit program in order to provide good governance within INF by ensuring all accounting and management systems have financial integrity, are transparent, and are compliant with INF Nepal Finance Policies and Procedures, Employment Manual and decisions.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Must have a BBS/BBA or semi-qualified CA/ACCA. A candidate who has completed CA/ACCA or has an MBA/MBS with a specialization in Accountancy is an advantage.
• 3 years’ practical experience performing accounting system procedures and tasks. Experience in internal audits of I/NGOs is an advantage.
• High level of knowledge of the use of computer systems and spreadsheets (MS excel in particular).
• Knowledge of taxation law and other relevant laws applicable to the organization.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Mature, able to ensure and demonstrate INF Nepal Values in ones’ work and relationships.
• Able and willing to travel to remotes areas of projects or offices.
