Job Description

  1. Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, and expenses.
  2. Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
  3. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  4. Provide the services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
  5. Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  6. Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities.
  7. Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly, and quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
  8. Process report payroll taxes for the organization
  9. Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  10. Review financial data for accuracy, correctness, and completeness.
  11. Monitor competitor activity and stay updated about the latest industry trends.

Job Specification

  1. CA/Semi-CA/ACCA qualified from recognized University
  2. At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Sr. Account officer, or senior accountant. 
  3. Should have good knowledge of internal audits, tax audits & preparation of financial statements.
  4. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally & other Accounting Software.
  5. Candidates from Chitwan, Nepal based locality will be an advantage.
