Key Responsibilities

• Develop Investment Strategy for different PMS products.
• Identify particular sector, companies for purchase/sell of securities for the clients.
• Prepare trade tickets for approval, execute the approved deals and verify their implementation.
• Prepare investment memo and provide recommendation to enter and exit buy/sell position.
• Stay updated with the interest rates and liquidity position.
• Develop and maintain relationship with financial institutions to get the best possible rates.
• Develop, Manage the Operation and execution of product specific strategies.
• Design new investment products, and financial instruments that can be implemented in the context of Nepalese Capital Market.
• Handle individual clients, communicate the different PMS provided by NMBCL.
• Initiate sales strategy for PMS. Identify opportunities for private equity and venture capital investments.
• Initiation, execution and follow on private deals.
• Help and provide support to other departments when required..  

Expected Skills/ Experience/Knowledge

• Possesses good command over Microsoft Excel and basic working knowledge of other MS Applications.
• Possesses strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to perform valuation of business and interpretation of financial statements.
• Knowledge of different financial instruments and their usage in capital and money markets.
• Possesses good analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and multiple concurrent projects Team player, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
• Attention to detail. 

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Finance/ Management with 2 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in related field.
• Candidates pursuing or having professional degree such as CA/ACCA/CFA will be preferred.
• Should have minimum first division or CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 4 from recognized university.
• Age should not exceed 35 years as on August 27, 2025.
