Job Description
Wealth Nexus Nepal is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Payroll and Admin Officer to join their team. The primary responsibility will be to manage employee payroll processes of Australian clients and provide administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of payroll systems, administrative efficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Handle client queries related to payroll processing.
- Assist with administrative duties, including efficient client communication and document management
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: BBA graduate
- Previous experience in payroll processing and general administration will be an addition
- Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Xero) preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
