Are you an experienced financial professional with exceptional skills in email writing, financial reconciliation, and communication with international clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Jobs Center Pvt. Ltd. as our Financial Director.Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company’s goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the company.
- Help in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with auditors and other external parties.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Manage the financial team and provide guidance and feedback.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
- Provide financial advice and knowledge to other departments.
- Stay up-to-date with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.
Other Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CA, ACCA, preferred).
- Proven experience as a Financial Director or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation processes and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
