Job Title : Assistant Manager

Qualification : CA/ACCA/MBA
Experience : 3 years of experience or Bachelors with at least 5 years of experience
Job Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports or as per need
- To work closely with the Finance Manager to effectively manage the finance department.
- Take ownership of and ensure accuracy and timely dispatch of monthly invoicing
- Finalize budgets and forecasts
- Effectively manage treasury and cash flow
- Receivable management
- Dealing and reporting with Banks/ NRB/ DOI and maintain relationships
- Work closely with other departments to achieve company’s objectives
- Ensures that the books of accounts are up to date at all times, orderly, well kept, and readily available for reference and audit, when required
- Other ad hoc work as assigned by the Finance Manager
Skills And Qualifications
- Task Related Skills and Certifications
- CA/ACCA/MBA with at least 3 years of experience or Bachelors with at least 5 years of experience
- Candidates with good experience of working in the Finance department in a multinational setup are encouraged to apply.
- Competencies and Soft Skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Self starter
- Hands-on knowledge of XLS, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Nepali typing skills will be an advantage
