Passing the exams is an important milestone for ACCA students, but it is not the end of the qualification journey. Students also need to complete the Practical Experience Requirement (PER) before becoming ACCA members.
PER requires students to complete 36 months of relevant practical experience and nine performance objectives, with their work reviewed and approved by a workplace supervisor. Finding the right opportunity to gain this experience can be the most difficult part to navigate for students, as they are just beginning their career journey.
To help students overcome this challenge, Seed Financial Academy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sterling Wells Services Pvt. Ltd. The MoU was signed on 9 September 2026 by Mr. Sanjay Pradhan, Director of Academics at Seed Financial Academy, and Ms. Anita Dongol Suwal, Strategic Talent Leader at Sterling Wells Services Pvt. Ltd.
The partnership will support PER placement, knowledge sharing, and capacity building, giving students opportunities to gain practical experience alongside their ACCA studies.
